Hi, I’m Katie Campbell, the founder of The Mosaic Momma Collective, mom to a spunky three-year-old, wife to an amazing husband, and Wisconsin native who knows firsthand what it’s like to juggle work, motherhood, and sanity (sometimes not so gracefully).
My career path has been anything but boring. I started in music business and marketing, moved into leadership roles in broadcasting, and later launched two businesses of my own: an artist management company and a coaching practice that helped creatives move through blocks and build their careers. Those ventures gave me hands-on experience guiding people, building systems, and walking alongside clients as they navigated challenges.
When the pandemic hit, both businesses were forced to close, and I stepped into a full-time remote role. Add in a cross-country move, becoming a new mom, and learning to work from home while raising a baby without nearby family support and let’s just say I became a pro at winging it. I am still in that remote role today, and crushing it. (It IS possible!)
Along the way, I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease, which taught me the importance of taking care of myself and finding community. That experience combined with my life coach training, leadership and entrepreneurial background, gave me a unique lens for helping moms navigate the messy middle of motherhood.
The Mosaic Momma Collective grew out of my own search for a community that felt real. One that didn’t gloss over the chaos, but embraced it while offering practical resources, encouragement, and laughter along the way. If you’re here, chances are you’re attempting to balance work deadlines with snack requests, self-care with self-doubt, and sanity with sticky hands. I get it, because I’m right there too.
This space is for moms like us, who are learning, stumbling, and showing up anyway. Together, we’ll swap sanity savers, share stories, and remind each other that we’re not alone.
At the end of the day, I’m a mosaic “mess-terpiece,” and so are you. Let’s figure this out together :)

PS- I sing too loud in the car, I have unapologetic dance parties with my toddler in the kitchen, Starbucks is ALWAYS a stop on my errand list because I am fueled by their Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew, I survive during the day on my Nespresso coffee, and I eat my feelings with that Culvers Devils Food Chocolate Ice cream flavor of the day when it comes around once a month. I am a typical millennial with skinny jeans and a side part... and I hate stepping on the scale and reminding myself of the above sweet tooth and coffee addictions that I have. #WorthIt....Can I get an amen?!

Let's get to it!
How it started
Have you ever searched for something online only to realize you actually had the answer all along?
Two days after Christmas, I found myself in a bit of a slump. I had just experienced the most magical time creating traditions with my toddler, who now understood the magic of Santa. But as I took down the Christmas tree, a random thought hit me: "Oh crap, I’m back to working next week, and she has all these new toys I need to organize before the meetings start."
I jumped online, looking for organization hacks and some mom tips. I even explored a few “work-from-home” Facebook groups for moms. What I found was a sea of overwhelmed moms dealing with self-doubt, intrusive thoughts, and endless venting. The advice? Minimal. And most of it I’d already tried.
I kept scrolling past comments like, “I don’t know how you do this” or “You’re a supermom,” brushing them off. But here’s the truth, I don’t have it all figured out. What I do have are small practices that make the chaos lighter, and I believe sharing them can help another mom breathe easier too. Motherhood isn’t about being perfect, it’s about finding rhythms that work for you and passing them forward.
